Description:
Robert Half currently is searching for a driven Administrative Assistant who is deeply passionate about growing their career in the insurance industry. We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to support our claims processing team on a fully remote basis within the GTA. This role presents an exciting opportunity for individuals with insurance industry experience, strong administrative capabilities, and proficiency in payment processing to contribute to our mission of delivering top-notch service.
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
Proven track record in administrative assistant roles, with a focus on organization and attention to detail.
Experience with payment processing and financial transactions.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of the English language.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to create and maintain documents and spreadsheets.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Must be located within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and able to work remotely with a stable internet connection.
Responsibilities:
Conducting professional phone calls.
Reviewing and analyzing claims with attention to detail.
Crafting clear and concise administrative correspondence via email.
Demonstrating proficiency in English language skills.
Leveraging Microsoft Word and Excel for effective documentation and data management.
Managing invoicing procedures and ensuring accurate payment processing.
Efficiently organizing and uploading essential documents for record-keeping and accessibility.
