We are looking for an experienced Claims Specialist to join our dynamic team. Our products are rated best in the industry year after year; we are a company with room to grow. This is a role that combines your competitive drive and desire to be a part of a team.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• (2+) Years of Home Improvement Industry experience
• Experience using CRM systems

Basic Qualifications:

• Completed at least Level 2 Xactimate training and is up to date with the current 2022-2023 software
• Knowledgeable of the Ohio Revised State and Residential Code
• Critical thinking skills are needed in order to properly evaluate complex claims and make independent decisions based on data given.
• High School Diploma (OR) GED Equivalent
• MS Office Proficiency
• Must be dependable, maintain regular attendance and be punctual
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
• Must be able to work independently and also with in a team settin

• Analyze and investigate complicated insurance claims to help prevent fraud
• Negotiate settlements
• Uphold relationships and communication with insurance departments and clients
• Organize and present claim review plans
• Stay up to date on local, state and federal law changes in the insurance field
• Works in collaboration with assigned Sales Representative associated with the claim
• Resolve claims in a timely manner.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
