EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• All Roles: We are looking for candidates with experience in a luxury beauty environment, a passion for prestige skincare and makeup, coupled with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. In addition, we would like to see candidates with strong sales skills, the ability to achieve KPI’s, and outstanding customer service.
• Boutique Manager & Assistant Boutique Manager: Managerial experience in a luxury beauty environment, preferably in a free-standing boutique setting.
• Beauty Therapists: A qualification in Beauty Therapy is required.
