At least two years of verifiable Class A OTR driving experience within the last three years

Maximum of two accidents or incidents within the last three years, with none being DOT Reportable Preventable
No more than six jobs in the last three years
No felonies within the last ten years (misdemeanors will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis)
No DUIs in a personal vehicle within the last ten years (only one lifetime DUI permitted)
No DUIs or failed/refused DOT drug or alcohol tests, ever

QUALIFICATIONS:

Age: Minimum age requirement of 23 years old.
Experience: A minimum of two years of Class A OTR driving experience within the last three years is mandatory.
Driving Record: No more than three moving violations within the last three years, and none of them may be major offenses such as reckless or careless driving (15+). Maximum of two accidents or incidents within the last three years, none of which may be DOT Reportable Preventable.
Employment History: A maximum of six jobs within the last three years.
Criminal History: No felonies within the last ten years. Misdemeanors will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Drug/Alcohol Test: No DUIs in a personal vehicle within the last ten years, and only one lifetime DUI is permitted. No failed or refused DOT drug or alcohol tests, ever!
