CLEANING SUPERVISOR - CALVARY ADELAIDE HOSPITAL, SA (NO STUDENTS)

We have recently started providing our services for premium aged care facilities across Melbourne. We are currently seeking a passionate and hardworking Supervisors to oversee the daily cleaning operations at Clavary Adelaide Hospital (120 Angas St, Adelaide SA 5000).
Role: Full Time ongoing
Shift Times: Monday to Friday 6:00am to 2:00pm. (Occasionally on weekends)
Pay Rate: Base rate $24.87 per hour + Leadind Hand Allowance $54.88 per week + super
Location: Calvary Adelaide Hospital - 120 Angas St, Adelaide SA 5000

As the Supervisor you will be responsible for coordinating the work of Grade 1 Cleaners on site, being the first point of contact with our client and ensuring a high-quality service is delivered for residents living at the facility. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating the daily duties with the Cleaning and Laundry teams in conjunction with the Area Supervisor, including provision of training.
  • Attend daily briefings with our client and other contractors working onsite.
  • Completing equipment checks and reporting any issues to the Area Supervisor.
  • Completing vacuuming, waste removal, dusting, wiping, mopping, and washroom cleaning across common / public areas and within resident rooms.
  • Working in a safe manner that does not disrupt others.

To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate that you are a team player with a strong customer service skills and an ability to follow directions and work autonomously. Previous Supervisor experience is preferred, but we are interested in applications from all people with cleaning experience.
