Cleaning Supervisor (Facilities, International School, Leadership Experience)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent communication skills
• With 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in Education industry.Required to OT if needed.

• Supervise cleaning team leaders and team members and ensure they are equipped with the knowledge of the campus
• Leads the cleaning team and involves in the implementation of the processes and procedures
• Coordinate with the Facility Administrator on matters concerning day-to-day cleaning operations, including but not limited to: School support requirements, cleaning team roster, deployment schedule, incident reporting, operational requirements such as supplies and equipment
• Coordinate the cleaning team shift plan and ensure posts are always attended
• Stock-take and inventory management of supplies and equipment, wirings, accessories, supplies to avoid any shortages
• Ensure proper documentation and records are maintained including but not limited to service/breakdown log, occurrence and incident reports and staff training records and instruction logs.
