Cleaning Supervisor

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:

• To Lead the cleaning staff to ensure that all buildings accross the site are cleaned and presented to the highets standards
• To actively lead and participate in the cleaning and service arround the school
• To arrange weekly working rotas
• To be resposible for the supervision ,training and development of staff to ensure staff reach their full potential
• To lead ,monitor and motivate staff
• To arrange any specialist cleaning projects and anuale cleanings
• To be responsible for monitoring cleaning stock and equipment
• Resposible for ordering and delivery of cleaning produts
• Knowledgeable about COSHH
• Follow Company regulations in Health and Safety
• Liase with the Line Manager on a daily basis with updates and any issues

Who are we looking for:

• The successful candicate will have a minumum of 2 years’experience of managing a team.
• Clear understanding of SOP’s,implementation and development
• Great leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong attention to details and the ability to identify and address issues effectively
• Excelent communication and interpersonal skills
• Can-Do Attitude
• Computer Literate
