THE POSITION

DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In the role of Clerical Assistant 2 at the PA Commission on Crime and Delinquency, your duties will include offering clerical support to the Office of Victims’ Services. This will involve handling various clerical tasks such as claims intake, investigation, processing, review, and analysis. Additionally, you will be tasked with filing, typing documents, inputting data, operating office equipment, and managing computer databases and records.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:

  • Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (commonwealth title); or
  • Graduation from high school; or
  • An equivalent combination of experience and training.
