MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- A high school diploma or its educational equivalent; and
- Six (6) months of full-time satisfactory clerical experience and/or experience interacting with the public, such as processing sales; taking, processing, and delivering orders; obtaining and dispensing information; listening to and resolving customers concerns, problems, and complaints; and/or performing related customer service activities.

Responsibilities:
PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Is to Support the Director of Environmental Services in managing the clerical component of running the department.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support Environmental Services by placing orders through people-soft for supplies and grounds keeping.
- Track all orders in people-soft from open to close and ensure all items are received in the system.
- General Office work, which includes but is not limited to answering telephones, record keeping, filing, faxing, scanning documents, and taking messages.
- General computer work, typing memos, letters, and forms.
- Tracking of all Requisitions, invoices, Work orders, and Contracts.
- Enter all work order requests through the maintenance self-service request system, and track SSR# of completed work.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Director of Environmental Services.
