Clerical Officer Grade III, Quality & Safety Department
Full Time, 6mth Fixed Term Contract

We are seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Clerical Officer in our Cork hospital.
Duties & responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Multidisciplinary Team Coordinator around oncology and non-oncology multidisciplinary meetings.
- Liaising with all stakeholders in relation to coordination of MDT meetings.
- Provide support in the development of quality monitors database and development of reports.
- Provide an administrative role in relation to the hospital’s Joint Commission International accreditation
- Provide support to Quality & Risk Manager for other accreditation programmes including Endoscopy and Oncology
- Support the coordination of quality key performance indicators at a hospital and departmental level
The ideal candidate will
- Have previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
- Have excellent interpersonal, communication and organisation skills and have the ability to work on his/her own initiative
- Enjoy working in a busy environment, have advanced administrative skills as well as strong attention to detail
- Be patient focused with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
