- Efficiently manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining diaries, and managing phone calls.
- Perform filing and record-keeping duties accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to support the overall functioning of the healthcare facility.
- Utilise Microsoft Office applications to create and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Demonstrate initiative in problem-solving and addressing administrative challenges.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and protocols within the healthcare industry.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a clerical or administrative role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong teamwork abilities and a collaborative approach to work.
- Demonstrated initiative and the ability to work independently when required.
- Proficiency in scheduling, diary management, and handling phone calls.
