Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Lake Imaging are searching for an experienced Clerical Supervisor to join the expanding Lake/XRG leadership team based in our Western Region - North Melbourne, Sunbury or Melton. Reporting to the General Manager the purpose of this position is to manage the effective supply and deployment of clerical staff and equipment to meet the requirements of Lake Imaging and XRG’s front of house clerical service.
The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of quality, proactive and customer focused standards of care to our patients and ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the administrative teams across all sites.
Please note this role requires travel across all our sites in the region – Sunbury, Melton and North Melbourne.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the clerical supervisors to achieve customer service excellence.
  • Clerical staff recruitment, induction, training, performance management, professional development and policy adherence.
  • The preparation and maintenance rosters
  • Optimisation and accuracy of bookings and appointments.
  • The maintenance and fault reporting of clerical equipment.
  • Reception site standards are maintained to a high standard.
  • Monthly reporting relating to staff and site issues including recommendations for change and/or improvement.
  • Telephone abandonment rate management

You will be expected to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the business. This role also includes developing, implementing and maintaining policies and frameworks for best practice customer service models.
This position will require the successful candidate to have high visibility to the teams they lead therefore, the successful candidate will be expected to travel between sites regularly.
