Marsh is seeking an Client Account Handler/Administrator (Employee Benefits) to join our team in Timisoara. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of a client portfolio across various insurance lines. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will ensure the highest level of service and compliance with Marsh’s standards and procedures.What can you expect: Manage a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional service and administration.Respond to client requests for insurance, policy renewals, and consultancy services.Resolve client account issues and ensure timely and appropriate communication with clients.Participate in client and prospect meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.Collaborate with our international network to administer global programs when necessary.Identify and actively pursue potential new business opportunities for existing clients and prospects.What you need to have: Bachelor’s degree.1 year of experience in client relationship management and administration.Strong customer service orientationVerbal and written communication skills in English, in addition to Romanian.Proficiency in computer skills.A driver’s license is nice to haveWhat makes you stand out: Comfortable and motivated to work in a well-structured organizationEnthusiastic personality and willingness to learnReady to play a leading role in helping cross functional teams collaborate and achieve challenging goalsKnowledge or experience in the insurance industry is a plus.Great communicator and a team playerAbout MarshMarsh is the world’s leading insurance broker and risk advisor.
