Responsibilities:

  • Working within Panorama and Asgard Workflow to deliver all Customer Transactions, including, the setup, administration, and closure of Managed Funds
  • Review and investigation of daily trading exception reports to ensure our settlement obligations are met
  • Compile pricing for asset daily and monthly
  • produce reports using Ms excel and access and in-house systems as required including report for management and directors
  • identification and transformation of data from source systems
  • monitoring integrity of data sent to customers
  • Proactively identify issues problems and opportunities to contribute to potential solutions regarding process efficiency
  • Proactively identify issues, problems and opportunities and contribute to potential solutions regarding Process Efficiencies
  • Manage individual workflow to ensure all deadlines are met, including legislative requirements, ASX requirements and Customer Service Delivery service standards
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors (including Investment Managers) to ensure smooth management of the Model Portfolios and underlying processe
