ABOUT YOU

Are you a leader with a passion for driving sales and client engagement? We’re looking for a Client Admissions Team Leader to manage our Care Specialist Team and Client Intake Officers, ensuring the highest level of customer service and achieving annual targets for new client numbers and service hours.

If you possess the following skills, we want to hear from you now:

  • Proven leadership experience.
  • Experience in sales and client services.
  • Experience in a call centre environment is desired.
  • Knowledge of aged care and NDIS is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Skilled in prioritising tasks, managing time efficiently, and thrives in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively.
