ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

At least 2 plus years in luxury boutique role

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Greet and welcome customers warmly and professionally, building rapport and fostering personalised in-store experiences.
  • Product Expertise: Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of Giorgio Armani products, materials, craftsmanship, and the latest collections to enhance the selling ceremony with clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate solid and long-term relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service before, during, and after their purchase to drive customer loyalty and repeat business. Ensuring clients are correctly registered in the company CRM database.
  • Brand Ambassador: Embody the Giorgio Armani brand values, adhere to the grooming guidelines set out by the group, and always uphold exceptional standards of professionalism and service.
  • Sales and Performance: Achieve monthly sales budgets communicated by Store Manager and Retail Manager.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain in store Visual Merchandising standards set out by the VM Manager.
  • Stock Management: Responsible for ensuring that security tags are properly attached to all items in the store. Actively participate in rolling stocktakes and be available to assist with the full bi-annual stocktakes. Maintain vigilance to prevent theft incidents from occurring in the fitting rooms or the front of the store.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with store colleagues and management, fostering a positive and cooperative work environment to achieve shared goals.
    Job Requirement
    Well-versed in retail sales, preferably luxury fashion.
    Strong business mindset and problem-solving skills.
    Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
    Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    Excellent time management.
    Excellent in spoken and written English.
    Knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP and experience in POS systems.
    Excellent in spoken Mandarin
