We are looking for a multi-faceted Client Care Coordinator who will support the development and success of our Oshawa, ON (Glazier) hearing clinic. This full-time contract role covering a ~13 month leave. This opportunity would be a great career move for someone with strong administration/customer service skills open to starting in a contract capacity with potential for extension or consideration for other nearby clinics at the end of the contract.

• Act as a front-line point of contact for clients attending appointments or walk-in visits to our clinic
• Balancing schedules for clinicians and maintaining systems and physical files with accurate patient information and appointment specifics
• Participating in some community events on behalf of HearCANADA to promote our services as Mount Forest & surrounding areas’ number one choice for hearing care
• Processing payments (cash, card, insurance), including some third-party billing
• Ordering supplies
• Assisting clinicians with hearing product sales
• Helping with general hearing aid care/maintenance and sterilization of equipment within the clinic
