OBJECTIVE: The Client Care Manager (CCM) will perform a variety of duties in Client Care services in the Community. The CCM will ensure the Company provides “best practice” quality care to our Clients by managing and developing the relationships with key stakeholders in the community. The CCM continuously evaluates Client Care oversight and governance through a series of ongoing communications and visits to ensure high quality care, Client satisfaction and retention as well as opportunities to increase service hours. You will ensure that the highest quality of care is delivered to our Clients. You will be capable of managing all aspects of the day-to-day Client Care operations, take responsibility and accountability and possess excellent communication skills.
Who we`re looking for
QUALIFIICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum QQI level 5 in Healthcare or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in homecare, healthcare or senior related industry required.
- Must possess a valid driver’s licence.

What you`ll do
Responsibilities:
- Participate in cross skill training as required.
- Retain flexibility to assist/ carry out duties in other roles as required
- Attend Home Instead weekly meetings.
- Support the Client Support Quality Assurance team
