Responsibilities:

  • Sales Champion: Answer incoming calls with finesse, focusing on closing residential sales and booking services.
  • Data Dynamo: Handle Route Managers’ data entry tasks, including reports, contracts, Electronic Site Management (ESM), and more.
  • Financial Facilitator: Manage bank deposits for received checks and credit card payments, ensuring seamless processes.
  • Resolution Expert: Tackle residential account issues head-on, ensuring our clients are delighted with solutions.
  • Master Organizer: Maintain organized customer files and up-to-date filing systems.
  • Scheduling Savvy: Coordinate Route Managers’ one-time work and home services, ensuring follow-up for customer satisfaction.
  • Month-End Maestro: Play a pivotal role in completing month-end tasks.
  • Tag Tracker: Keep an eye on missing tag reports, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Supply Sourcer: Order office supplies, keeping everything running smoothly.
