As a Client Service Coordinator we are the initial point of contact, ensuring smooth operations, maintaining the client’s expectations and providing high standards of service.

️ REQUIREMENTS:

• Min. N’ Levels and above.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Rotating weekend shift.Ability to work independently and handle high-demand workload.

• Manage client expectations, appointments and inquiries.
• Work collaboratively with vets and nurses.
• Capable of managing high demands and a fast-paced workload.
• Proving good phone etiquettes.
• Compassion for animals.
