Responsibilities:
The role of the Client Consultant is to be a key part of the Client Services Team and provide support to the Senior Client Consultants, this will be achieved through providing efficient, high quality support to internal and external customers and working partners.
The Client Consultant will have an analytical mind with experience in building and managing customer relationships. The Client Consultant is key to enabling a greater understanding of GB’s clients through deep analysis while ensuring internal stakeholders are delivering the service required. The Client Consultant will also enable consistency and quality across the client service function, through control of process efficiency and service package adherence.
The Client Consultant will support the Senior Client Consultants in cross sell and meeting preparation by identifying client/industry trends and review pack preparation, amongst other responsibilities such as system setups, on boarding and off boarding, policy and contract renewals.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Retention of Clients
- Internal and External Relationship Management
- Management and Maintenance of Gallagher Bassett Process Adherence
- Analysis and Identification of Key Client and Sector Trends
Qualifications:
- Previous experience (2/3 years) in a similar role, preferably in Insurance or Claims Management background
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Strong work ethic with dedication to high-quality work and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks;
- Ability to work independently and within a team-based environment
- Strong analytical mind with Advanced Excel skills
- Ideally Insurance qualifications required, to Cert CII level with willingness to progress further
- Detailed understanding and knowledge of Client Relationship Management
- High drive to deliver process improvement and change management, with the ability to demonstrate innovative thinking
- High Level of understanding when it comes to systems and their utilisatio
Responsibilities:
- Maintain compliance and quality management of Client Services key documents and systems:
- To deliver analytical insight to the Senior Client Consultant and Client to identify trending review claims experience and promote innovation both internally and externally
- Play an active role in the preparation for client renewal (information collection, production of pricing proposal document, policy renewal, system updates)
- Act as liaison between all parties (e.g. Client/Insurers/Brokers etc.) Business Services, Sales & Marketing and Senior Client Consultants to build a close relationship across all divisions
- To oversee On boarding and Off boarding of clients
- To become competent in the use of Gallagher Bassett applications, supporting colleagues and clients
- To be involved in the design and delivery of new client procedures, processes and reports
- Work with National Branch Managers and Team Leaders to ensure service levels are achieved
- Work with our Business Development Team and Dedicated Senior Client Consultants, attending internal meetings and Client meetings
Qualifications:
