JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position Overview: The Global Client Delivery Executive at Unisys is a pivotal role accountable for overseeing the delivery of contracted outsourced services globally for a specific client. Located onsite at our Singapore clients premises, this role operates as the primary point of contact, responsible for managing overall and day-to-day service delivery operations, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), cost-effectiveness, quality, innovation, and continuous improvement. The primary focus lies in demonstrating a proactive “can-do” attitude toward the customer, aiming to deepen the relationship and foster a true partnership.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leadership & Service Delivery: Lead the global and/or local delivery of services provided by Unisys to designated accounts. Oversee the successful planning, implementation, and execution of contracted services, ensuring alignment with SLAs, cost management, governance, performance metrics, quality standards, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Team Management & Control: Establish and maintain a skilled delivery team, ensuring effective resource management to meet schedules, resolve technical or operational issues, manage statements of work, control risks, scope of work, and budgets.
  • Client Relationship & Communication: Serve as a clear and strategic communication channel between Unisys and the client. Conduct regular service performance reviews, participate in project status reviews, and engage in various meetings to address updates, service level requirements, continuous improvement, change control, and other client-related discussions.
  • Financial Management: Develop and administer budgets, schedules, and performance standards to optimize the cost of delivery and service. Monitor the financial health of accounts, rectify any anomalies, and strive to improve account profitability while achieving approved margin targets.
  • Issue Resolution & Escalation: Take ownership and accountability for all client issues, ensuring satisfactory resolution. Act as a point of escalation for matters beyond the scope of service lines, implementing operational risk management strategies as needed.
  • Governance & Compliance: Participate in contract and account governance, rigorous governance audits, SOX compliance audits, business continuity planning, and testing. Contribute to client satisfaction improvement programs, continual service improvement, and innovation initiatives.
  • Reporting & Growth Initiatives: Develop and deliver regular performance reports to both Client and Unisys senior executives. Identify growth opportunities within the client’s portfolio, assist in bringing new services, and drive continuous improvements and innovative solutions.

YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of related professional experience, including 3+ years in management.
  • Essential qualifications in IT, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • Profound knowledge of business, industry, market trends, account/program management, service delivery, and financial analysis.
  • Understanding of major Unisys service offerings, evolving technologies, and experience in supporting an IT outsourced environment.
  • Proven track record in effective communication, service delivery management, and relationship-building skills.
