Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic engagements with key clients to understand their technology landscape, growth plans, and competitive positioning.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for OpenText Professional Services (OTPS), expanding our footprint within assigned accounts through proactive relationship management.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans that address client priorities and pain points, orchestrating cross-functional teams for successful project delivery.
  • Achieve Services booking targets by driving opportunities from inception to closure, adhering to sales strategy and governance processes.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including Sales, Pre-Sales, and Consulting Delivery to ensure seamless handover and execution of client commitments.
  • Shape and negotiate deals that align with client needs and compliance standards, leveraging the complete Services portfolio.
  • Advance, close, and execute sales opportunities by strategically aligning with the sales roadmap and agreed close plans, ensuring comprehensive sales of the Services portfolio tailored to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and customer data in internal systems to support forecasting and decision-making processes.
