This role carries senior representation on the Singapore Leadership team. You will work closely with key regional stakeholders to define and drive a Singapore strategy across the business to better leverage our regional assets. Your focus will be on enhancing client engagement, broker management, and to own, coordinate and manage the go to market strategies for AXA XL in Singapore.

We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
- Proven entrepreneur: Strong track record in managing business, driving growth in key markets with extensive marketing and sales skills, including presentation, relationship development and negotiation skills
- Strong client centric focus and demonstrated business / functional experience with international brokers across the commercial landscape, including large multi-national companies. Experienced in global program business including Captives, with good knowledge of all the Groups products, Execute Cross and Up sell strategies. Senior level relationships with the major broking houses essential
- Solid and relevant knowledge base: Extensive knowledge and expertise in the global insurance market with 10 years’ underwriting management, insurance operations experience or equivalent
- Solid knowledge in one or more lines of business, detailed working knowledge and appreciation of supporting functions including Finance, Tax, Legal, Actuarial, Facility and HR
- Sound understanding and use of financial planning, analysis and reporting approaches as well as familiar with local market, distribution channels and competitors
