Due to our team growth, we are looking for both a digital performance leaning Client Executive for a portfolio of clients with an e-commerce focus, as well as a hybrid Client Executive with a lean towards digital but willing to work across all channels with a Tourism angle.
The role:
In this role, you, the Client Executive will primarily be responsible for the implementation and buying of media activity on behalf of our clients across all media; digital and offline with both roles having a digital lean. The role involves working closely with your manager, working together to ensure campaigns go to market as they have been planned, and that delivery is in line with booked parameters.

Core responsibilities:

  • You will have a thorough understanding of the media landscape with a digital lean and a strong understanding of all aspects of media implementation and optimisation
  • You will have a digital brilliant basics across direct IO, biddable media channels including social, search as well as offline exposure across key channels (Outdoor, Radio)
  • This includes supporting across; media buying, reporting, checking bookings as well as the preparation of reports including post analysis, final buys, and other reporting requirements.
  • You will support on all bookings loaded efficiently with minimal queries and resolve these in timely fashion.
  • You will stay up to date with media landscape and knowledge keeping a curious mind.
  • You will support the management of media bookings & specs documentation
  • You will have had exposure across; Google, Meta, TikTok, GA4, with certs in Meta, MFA Digital Foundations
  • You will have had some exposure across some of these tools; Spectra SMD, Roy Morgan, Eram, OMA MOVE, Google Looker Studio, CM360

A bit about you:

  • You have solid media partner relationships and product knowledge and the ability to engage and adhere to dentsu QLD’s Media Partner engagement approach to drive the best outcomes for your client
  • Strong verbal communication and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and work to timelines
  • Proficiency in supporting on building of documentation and strong administrative skills and attention to detail to support Client & Digital Managers
  • Strong implementational and executional background with experience across digital media tools and platforms (priority)
  • A proven track record for managing and processing media bookings in an accurate and timely manner
