JOB DESCRIPTION

Participates in the identification, design, development and implementation of assigned projects. Assigned projects may be general or systems related in nature. Interfaces with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion in accordance with user needs. Participates in training users and evaluating the project. Manages performance of the project team and evaluates overall team performance.
This is a newly created role in our CPS Prepaid area that will be taking on responsibility for the execution and process management of our client review projects and ensure accurate maintenance of marketing collateral. This role will work with the Prepaid Relationship Management as well as other key internal teams involved in the process to schedule and coordinate the client review and necessary approvals all the way through to final documentation in Salesforce system of record.
