Job Description:
The Client Growth and Retention Consultant is part of the Centers of Excellence, which is a team accountable to a consistent, efficient, and best practice experience – defined, maintained, and adopted by all Client Solutions. As a member of the Growth and Retention team you will be focused on ways Phreesia can drive revenue with our base clients, optimize processes and support the Client Solutions organization with custom proposals.
A Client Growth and Retention Consultant is responsible for supporting Client Solutions leaders across all markets to drive client growth, specifically around existing subscription audits, merchant processing analysis and custom pricing requests. Team objectives include driving revenue across the base, improving processes to increase existing client subscription revenue, and supporting initiatives across the Centers of Excellence team.
What You’ll Do:
- Optimize revenue with clients’ existing subscriptions.
- Manage and drive audits and analyses to ensure client contracts are up to date
- Support custom pricing requests and proposals from the Client Services and Success organization
- Manage multiple projects working cross functionally with Client Solutions, Product, Marketing, Sales, etc.
- Identify and analyze key metrics to evaluate and validate revenue growth opportunities.
- Improve operational efficiencies by researching, analyzing, and recommending changes to Client Solutions business processes
- Develops and manages process documentation and communicates expectations effectively to Client Solutions teams.
- Designs and prepares documentation, training materials, and communications supporting new processes.
- Provides consultation and best practice strategies to internal teams.
- Organizes, leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams.
- Identify areas of improvement for internal processes.
What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum 5 years of related experience is required; preferably experience in healthcare tech or implementation
- Ability to work with teams both internally and externally to understand needs and develop/drive custom solutions
- Strong understanding of healthcare space and issues it’s facing preferred
- Strong understanding of internal processes and best practices
- Ability to prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Skilled at anticipating and solving problems
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Superior critical thinking skills and comfortability working with incomplete information
Base pay for US is $100,000 - $115,000, depending on qualifications.
