Responsibilities:

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

The Consultant, Client Service role is a client-facing position within CIRCANA Canada. The primary objective of the role is to deliver exceptional client service support for CIRCANA collaborative gateway services that engage CPG manufacturer clients with their retailer partners to drive mutual growth. Individuals in this role manage various levels of manufacturer clients through creation and maintenance of strong relationships, effective communication, thought leadership and subject matter expertise on CIRCANA systems and data services. A key component is to provide clear, deep perceptions and recommendations regarding decisions, situations, and business benefits.

TO SUPPORT THE ESSENTIAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OUTLINED ABOVE, THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • 4-8 years of work experience, preferably in the CPG industry
  • Strong project management and process skills
  • Ability to build and leverage mutually beneficial relationships
  • Demonstrated expertise in translating data and analysis into relevant implications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Presentation Skills
  • Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree preferred
