• Act as the clients’ main contact person, answering their questions and addressing their concerns
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the company’s products or services
• Identify and resolve any issues or problems that clients may encounter, working diligently to find effective solutions
• Keep clients informed about new products, services, and any changes within the company
• Gather and analyse client feedback to inform business decisions and strategies
• Work closely with internal teams (such as sales and marketing) to ensure clients receive excellent service
• Supply clients with relevant information and resources, such as brochures, price lists, and product samples
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including contact details and communication history
• Strive to meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets
• Continuously expand your knowledge of the industry and stay informed about clients’ need
