We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Liaison Officer to join our growing team. The Client Liaison Officer will play a crucial role in managing relationships with our key clients, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration between internal teams and external parties.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a client-facing and project management capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and collaboration tools such as Monday, Asana, and Trello.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and address issues proactively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all partner-related inquiries and communication.
  • Organize and manage meetings, calls, and events with partners, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are informed and prepared.
  • Participate in partner meetings and events, capturing detailed notes and action items for subsequent follow-up.
  • Foster seamless communication between internal teams and external partners, ensuring all parties are aligned on project objectives and timelines.
  • Support in the development of presentations, reports, and relevant materials for partner meetings and communications.
  • Track and manage partner contracts, agreements, and deliverables, ensuring all obligations are met in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with partners to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for collaboration and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to develop and execute strategies for enhancing partner relationships and driving business growth.
  • Adhere to a structured framework and regularly report partnership performance to the leadership team.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities that may impact partner relationships or business opportunities.
