About the Role:
They are seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist focused on stakeholder management to join their team. This role plays a pivotal part in bridging the gap between Client Success and Marketing teams. The Marketing Specialist will be instrumental in crafting and executing end-to-end marketing initiatives aimed at both acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize client and customer insights to shape marketing plans and inform strategy and communications.
  • Foster strong relationships with the Client Success Team to drive client engagement, growth, and retention.
  • Contribute to marketing strategy development for client retention plans, prioritizing and managing the delivery of marketing initiatives including events, sponsorships, campaigns, and communications.
  • Direct and collaborate with marketing team members to develop and execute client-centric marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with the Client Success Team to establish success measures for programs and track progress against these measures.
  • Identify and streamline opportunities across clients and segments, ensuring compliance and ongoing optimization of marketing assets.
  • Lead continuous improvements in client and customer journeys, services, and products.
  • Maintain and update marketing collateral in collaboration with Client Success Managers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (desirable, not essential).
