As our next Client Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient running of the media response process and supporting the day-to-day running of the client.

What your typical day will look like:

  • Work with an experienced and tenured team - well resourced and capable with the ability to cross train, upskill and gain full exposure to all aspects of the account
  • Efficiently run the media response process and support the day to day communication and stakeholder management
  • Take ownership of the media planning outputs for the account, including the media plan ad supporting the implementation and recommendation inline with the strategy
  • Work on some really interesting pieces of work looking at different strategies and areas for optimization - this team and client is well resourced with heaps of room for growth (and amazing upcoming projects!)
  • With the support of Directors, manage the workflow and quality of deliverables as well as training and development for more junior members in the team
  • We have some incredibly talented Junior members in our team and we want your help to allow them to grow!

Core responsibilities include:

  • Focus on best-in-class media planning and media plan creation; briefing, negotiating and planning recommendations
  • Management of the client administration including; WIPs, contact reports and timeline management
  • Ensure client expectations are managed and media delivery performance is clearly communicated

A bit about you:

  • Exceptional attention to detail is first and foremost, with previous experience within a project or campaign-orientated role
  • Ability to manage varying deadlines and tasks, escalating priorities where required
  • Previous experience working with OoH, Radio, TV and Print media channels
  • Strong communication skills, ability to liaise with mid-Senior stakeholders and improve processes and agency adherence to brand compliance
  • Previous experience working across varying stakeholders, managing expectations and mitigating changing deadlines and briefs
  • Ability to work autonomously, confident to make decisions, operational and process-driven mindset

A bit about you:

  • 2+ Years experience working within a media planning & implementation role
  • Exceptional attention to detail is first and foremost, with previous experience within a project or campaign-orientated role
  • Ability to manage varying deadlines and tasks, escalating priorities where required
  • Strong offline experience particularly across OOH, TV & radio
  • Ability to work autonomously, confident to make decisions, put forward ideas and work with a supportive leadership group
  • Ideally, you have had previous experience across tools/software platforms such as AQX, Fusion, SMD, Roy Morgan
