We’re building out our Client Onboarding Team in London, and we’re looking for a superstar with relevant experience to help shape what we deliver and how we deliver it.
As a Client Onboarding & Implementation Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining an incredible client onboarding experience. As an expert on our salary sacrifice scheme and as an internal advocate for our clients, you will work with multiple departments to support product implementation and client education. As the initial post-sale point of contact, you will strategically establish our client’s relationship with us as a business, by giving a 5* service throughout Implementation and Onboarding, to support a lasting and successful partnership.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead new clients through the technical onboarding process in partnership with Sales and Customer Success Managers
  • Manage the set up of new companies onto system, Key2 and Pipedrive
  • Execute change requests for companies within our SLA
  • Drive improvements to the client onboarding experience with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Engineering teams
  • Develop productive and trusted relationships with clients
  • Define key onboarding tasks, milestones, and deadlines both internally and externally
  • Proactively progress all project contributors through completion of tasks and milestones, to ensure progress is on schedule
  • Occasional travel to attend client meetings/launch events
  • Keep our CRM system updated for clients, so this can be passed onto the customer success team post-launch
