Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Onboarding Manager to join their dynamic team. This role sits within the APAC onboarding under Global Operations, primarily supporting AMRS to APAC import business across PB, Swaps and Cash.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of client onboarding requests for Global Markets Products for new and existing APAC and AMRS clients. Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As a Client Onboarding Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth transition of clients into our services. You will be the face of our company, working closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure their onboarding experience is positive. Your ability to quickly generate rapport with clients, coupled with your understanding of Fixed Income and Equities, will be key in this role. You will also have exposure to legal contracts and regulatory requirements, making this role both challenging and rewarding.
- Ensure the successful delivery of client onboarding requests for Global Markets Products for new and existing APAC and AMRS clients.
- Coordinate new business pipeline management and prioritisation with business partners and Onboarding stakeholders.
- Assist clients with requirements for account opening processes as well as providing necessary data to clients to complete their own internal account set up when necessary.
- Collaborate with the wider client onboarding team to establish a streamlined & synergised global process across multi-asset classes and market products.
- Show initiative, strategic and creative problem-solving skills in all tasks undertaken.
- Commitment to high-quality client service both external and internal.

The ideal candidate for the Client Onboarding Manager position brings a wealth of experience in financial services, particularly in an onboarding role. You are known for your ability to build strong relationships with clients, and your understanding of Fixed Income and Equities is second to none. Your experience with KYC requirements and Jurisdictional Tax Requirements will be invaluable in this role, as will your exposure to legal contracts and regulatory requirements. You are highly organised, with excellent communication skills, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- At least 5 years’ experience in an Onboarding role within Financial Services.
- Ability to quickly generate good rapport with clients.
- Understanding of the process flow of Fixed Income and Equities.
- Experience of KYC requirements and Jurisdictional Tax Requirements.
- Exposure to legal contracts and regulatory requirements (incl. Professional Investor, MIFID II, Dodd Franck, SFTR).
- Strong organisational abilities.
- Excellent communication skills
