JOB DESCRIPTION
The Client Onboarding Manager will partner with teams across Prepaid to implement Prepaid card programs for our clients. Candidate will be responsible for managing projects of different sizes and scope and will manage multiple projects at once. Participates in the identification, design, development and implementation of assigned projects. Interfaces with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion in accordance with user needs. Candidate must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills.
Candidate would be responsible for the following:
- Meet with clients are prospects to understand their goals and concerns to identify project requirements
- Educate and train clients on Prepaid products and systems
- Create meeting agendas and presentations
- Create and maintain project plans and project documentation
- Identify project risks and escalate appropriately
- Partner with departments throughout Prepaid and hold teams accountable to meet project timelines
- Manage the client relationship throughout the program implementation
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- Three to five years of experience in project management activities
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Thorough knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Knowledge of project management
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective skills at managing stressful situations
