Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Client Operations Associate, you will be at the heart of our operations, playing a key role in coordinating investment operations for our clients. You will be responsible for liaising with various external parties, monitoring client accounts, responding to queries, and ensuring compliance with regulatory rules. Your ability to manage relationships effectively will be crucial in this role. With your keen eye for detail, you will assist in collecting client valuation data and ensuring accurate completion of account opening documentation. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals in a dynamic international environment.

  • Liaise with external counterparties such as fund administrators, trustees, and custodians to ensure accurate and timely transaction and settlement of investments
  • Monitor clients’ cash and securities accounts, liaising directly with their representatives on any arising issues
  • Respond to client queries and provide support to the Investment Principals and Partners in managing client relationships
  • Assist in the collection of client valuation data, submitting reports to relevant stakeholders for further review on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Ensure account opening documentation is completed accurately, adhering to all regulatory and compliance rules
