ABOUT YOU

• Hardware (Mechanical & Electrical) and firmware design and development knowledge (required)
• System integration and testing skills for assembled prototypes and production devices (required)
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve hardware and operational issues (required)
• Strong customer service mentality and attention-to-detail, prioritising our users’ needs and experience (required)
• Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively in a high-speed, multi-disciplinary team (required)
• Knowledge of hardware compliance qualification processes, manufacturing methods and component supply sources (advantage)
• Coding ability in common languages like Python and JavaScript (advantage)
• Knowledge of databases & operating systems like MySQL and Ubuntu (advantage)
• Continuous improvement mindset. Always looking for better ways to do things (advantage)
• Ability to stay organise and effective amidst change and uncertainty (advantage)
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds (advantage)

We are looking for a Client Operations Hardware Engineer to join our team. This is a dynamic opportunity in an early-stage startup with growth and learning opportunities. You will report to the Head of Client Operations, and collaborate closely with international teammates from Singapore, China and Brazil.
