REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in OOH advertising or a related field, with a strong focus on the Nigerian market.
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of motivating and coaching teams to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A deep understanding of project management best practices and the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., project management, CRM).
  • Active membership in APCON (Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria).

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire client life cycle, from onboarding and campaign development to flawless execution and reporting.
  • Lead and manage a dynamic team of account managers and creatives, ensuring they have the resources and support to succeed.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor who understands their needs and delivers exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to secure new clients and develop strategic OOH advertising proposals.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimizations to maximize client ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in the OOH advertising industry, specifically within the Nigerian market.
