Position Description:
As a Client Partner, you will be responsible for growing existing customers across a variety of digital offerings. You will work directly with the customers, Business Development Directors and internal teams, bringing ideas and innovation to customer relationships. You will be running the deals and will be accountable for shaping new deals, developing the sales strategy, aligning the teams to that strategy, and leading the team through both our internal processes and client processes to close the deals. You will sell a wide portfolio of marketing, digital, cloud, data, and customer experience offerings to the clients. You will be a key member of the revenue organization, contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs, objectives, and challenges
  • Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for digital services that align with their business objectives. Digital Service examples include: Discovery, Strategy, Roadmaps Design and Implementation of Cloud, Digital Platforms, Data and AI, Customer Experience, Infrastructure and Digital Engineering services etc.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain strategic account plans to achieve both client outcomes and achieve Bridgenext revenue, growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Establish metrics for each stage of the relationship with customers and track team performance against those metrics
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of services to clients by working with delivery leads and teams
  • Focus on identifying, qualifying, developing, shaping, and closing deals of various sizes (special focus on large and complex deals, involving multiple solutions and stakeholders)
  • Collaborate with business development teams to win new logo opportunities and expand the client portfolio, ensuring seamless and effective onboarding of new customers
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status, discuss new initiatives, and address any concerns
  • Conduct regular check-ins and reviews to ensure client satisfaction
  • Draft and negotiate contracts, renewals, and service-level agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide strategic insights to clients
  • Collaborate with platform partners on new opportunities and bring the best of partner technologies to clients
  • Create and deliver winning proposals and presentations that demonstrate the value we bring to the partnership
  • Actively contribute to revenue forecasting, resource/staffing forecasting and annual budgeting process
  • Maintain salesforce hygiene and progress opportunities at least once a week

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, engineering, computer science, or related field
  • Proven experience in business development roles, leading and closing multi-million dollar deals, preferably in the domains of cloud, digital, data, marketing, and customer experience
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment, with a high-degree of flexibility and adaptability
  • Proven track record at exceeding client expectations and building trusted relationships
  • Personally involved in the day-to-day client management, ensuring sound planning, flawless execution and a solid relationship
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and growing revenue and market share in a global environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Ability to motivate, mentor, and develop talent
  • Knowledge and understanding of the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in the IT services industry
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required
