Location: London, UK
Hybrid work: 3 days a week in the office and 2 days remotely
Capgemini is seeking an Client Partner to join Capgemini Financial Services . This is a permanent, full-time position and this represents a unique opportunity for someone to enhance their Digital Consulting career
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must haves Minimum 3 5 years of consulting experience within the financial services industry
- Client Relationship Management Build and maintain relationships with key clients understanding their business objectives challenges and opportunities
- Strategic Planning Develop a deep understanding of clients industries and goals to create strategic plans aligning their needs with the products or services offered by your organization
- Communication Serve as the main point of contact between clients and the internal team ensuring clear and effective communication Provide regular updates on project status milestones and any potential issues
- Needs Analysis Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify areas where your products or services can add value to clients businesses Propose solutions that meet client requirement
- Problem Resolution Address any concerns or issues raised by clients promptly and effectively Work proactively to prevent potential problems and find solutions that align with clients expectations
- Upselling and Cross selling Identify opportunities for upselling or cross selling additional services Understand clients evolving needs and present relevant offerings
- Contract Negotiation and Renewal Collaborate with the sales team to negotiate contracts ensuring terms are favorable for both parties Manage contract renewals and expansion
- Budget Management Work with clients to establish budgets and ensure that projects are delivered within agreed upon financial parameters Successful candidates for this role typically possess excellent communication negotiation and problem solving skills along with a keen understanding of both their clients businesses and their own organization s products or services Adaptability and a customer centric approach are crucial for fostering successful and lasting client partnerships
