In the role as Client Partner Insurance Business Nordics you will be responsible for managing existing relationships focused on winning new business within the account and for managing all aspects of the customer relationship. Building strategic partnerships in the insurance domain is key.
WE BELIEVE THAT YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN:
- CXO relationships & customer management.
- The insurance industry and financial services.
- Vendor selection processes including RFI and RFP issuance and response management.
- Managing large portfolios.
- Leadership and risk management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships and act as the spoc for the account.
- Develop business and achieve revenue targets.
- Build and progress opportunities pipeline.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, on-site presentations, RFI response, multi-day client workshops, RFP submission, negotiation and deal signing.
- Work in close collaboration with the presales- and delivery teams to ensure that proposed offerings and services fully meet customers business and technology needs.
