Description:

We are seeking a strong Client Partner to build, strengthen, and expand existing client relationships with executives at startups, mid-market, and enterprise companies with whom we have the pleasure of working.
You are a highly motivated individual who loves the art of sales, but thrives by playing the long game. You know that the best business relationships are built on trust and authenticity.
You will be working with our top clients and must be able to travel to domestic locations such as California at least once per quarter.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 4 years proven experience as a key account manager, account executive or customer success manager where you are responsible for driving revenue and maintaining client relationships with companies possessing annual revenues of ~$35 million to $5 billion
  • At least 2 years proven experience leading the sales process to close several six figure deals with startups and/or enterprise level clients
  • Prior experience with engineers and custom software development process, from conception through design and delivery, as well as fundamental cloud computing concepts (certifications are a plus)
  • Passionate about business and dissatisfaction with status quo – always thinking of ways to improve/grow assigned relationships
  • Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information and influence outcomes
  • Ability to work independently and proactively while executing sound judgment and decision making skills, but also exhibits a team player mentality and a willingness to ask for assistance
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on finding practical and creative solutions to sales and accounts challenges
  • Proficiency in CRM and customer success software
