As the Client Partnership Account Assistant, you play a pivotal role in supporting the team with day-to-day execution of media performance across all direct clients.
In this role you will work closely with not only the Account Executive and Client Director, but also Social Content, Programmatic and ATL specialists across the group, to ensure that our clients business objectives are clearly defined by specific KPIs. As the Client Partnership Account Assistant, tasks will include media planning, performance reporting, project management (i.e. planning, scheduling and briefing paid media to the wider activation team), community management.
This role is best suited for someone with a passion for social media, but also keen to expand their skillset to channels beyond this

Responsibilities:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain WIP document and templates. Coordinate campaign communication, status updates and documents issues, where needed. Meeting organisation and actioning of action points
  • Shadow the Client Director/ Account Executive in client meetings to learn client account management.
  • Feeding into media plans and reporting on performance across paid social, search, programmatic including display, video, audio.
  • Taking part in relevant Training to support your daily work tasks.
  • Contribute to knowledge share sessions, assist with data collection/administrative work required for pitches, strategies, and case studies.
  • Close management of KPIs.
  • Supporting financial management of media and ensuring that all is loaded and invoiced correctly.
  • Ensuring outputs are of the highest quality thanks to high attention to detail.Completing deliverables in a timely manner to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Build strong relationships with your immediate team and the wider company.
