In this role you will work alongside the Client Portfolio Leader, Consumer Growth team and wider Consumer leadership on client development initiatives that drive our strategic priorities across the four Consumer sectors (Retail, Consumer Products, Auto and Travel, Hospitality and Services ‘THS’) to enable revenue and relationship growth across our priority account portfolio.
We are looking for a Client Portfolio Manager to help deliver our client led priorities and industry growth strategy. Working as part of an integrated Growth team, your role will focus on our priority propositions, clients, and sectors, along with taking a lead on community-based initiatives. This role provides the opportunity to demonstrate a more flexible skillset in project management and support business development.

Responsibilities:

  • Operational client portfolio support to the client portfolio lead and sector leads
  • Development and execution of industry/sector strategies, including driving engagement across SGOs / HGOs where applicable
  • Lead a programme designed to increase the voice of the client, ensuring client feedback is sought and acted upon
  • Development of executive level presentations and content for the Consumer community
  • Assist with the organisation of sector specific meetings, forums and events and other ad hoc meetings, including learning programmes
  • Collaboration with teams across the wider Growth network (including other service lines and industries) to identify linkages and share best practices
  • Champion BD best practice across the Consumer industry, working closely with marketing, CREs and account teams.
  • Work on ad hoc projects and initiatives as directed by the Consumer Business Partner and Consumer Leadership
