Client Proposition Analyst, Distribution – London
This is a great job for someone who has a strong understanding of the asset management industry, our clients and the products and services we offer.
A bit about the job:
This role sits within our Distribution Enablement team, which is responsible for a number of centralised functions core to our Distribution team including Business Systems, Client Proposition, Market Insights, RFP and Risk & Governance. This is a varied role, where you will support the Head of Proposition to measure and improve the effectiveness of our client proposition. You will be responsible for analysing and articulating client and business requirements, collating and contextualising client research and working across multiple teams to identify gaps and define solutions that will ultimately help us to better understand and meet our clients’ needs, across their entire lifecycle. You will evaluate developing customer needs, industry trends and client propositions, driving and sharing relevant, actionable insights in engaging formats whilst supporting the creation of clearly defined business cases, with well-articulated client and business outcomes and requirements that can be understood by stakeholders.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Experience in producing structured analysis and defining requirements to support change.
• Able to embrace change and want to help others do the same.
• Great communicator able to articulate complex problems, simply.
• Able build mutual respect and trust with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Able to work collaboratively to create shared understanding of the problems and outcomes we are trying to solve for.
