Description:
We are a UK registered Talent Acquisition business working with clients across the UK & Europe. We are generating extensive growth within the future mobility market, therefore, we are required to increase our footprint in order to continue our upward trajectory.
As a Relationship Manager you’ll be accountable for but not limited to
- Building & maintaining strong relationships with the assigned clients by acting as their single point of contact to ensure straightforward interaction, liaising with the delivery team and co-ordinator’s, dealing with queries and resolving issues.
- Front end, client management. Meeting with existing clients both virtually and face to face to manage the relationship and ensure delivery is on target / to deadline.
- Manage end to end recruitment processes, whilst working with the Relationship Managers and resourcing team to meet delivery requirements
- Attending hiring meetings, advising on any difficult or problematic issues to their recruitment.
- Support strategic sales plans in connection with Client Engagement team’s objectives
- Responsible for the day to day running of your account, alongside account development and expansion.
- Secure job vacancies from your client and provide a clear and concise overview to your Talent Attraction team to ensure candidate profile expectations are clear
- Marketing - responsible for day to day marketing activities.
- Excellent user of internal and external customer portals and systems, leading from the front and demonstrating best practice.
- Offer advice to customers on current market conditions as well as advice on market rates and salaries
Talent Attraction Management
- Effectively manage your Talent Attraction team to ensure excellent customer service is provide and positive candidate relationships are built
- Clear customer and role overview provided to ‘talent attraction team’ so candidate profile expectations are clear
- Ensure your Talent Attraction team provides excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from qualification calls through to interview scheduling and onboarding
- Manage ‘talent attraction team’ against appropriate KPIs, flag non-performance and support each individual within the team.
- Follow ‘Proactive Progression Plan’ 3 monthly framework
- Ensure all activity tracked on talisman
- Ensure training needs are met to give TA team members the ability to provide a comprehensive resourcing service
Qualifications
- Previous recruitment experience essential
- Automotive industry knowledge preferred
- Efficient IT Skills
- Demonstratable leadership and teamwork skills
- Excellent organisation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to build positive, lasting relationships
