Our client are a leading European Asset Manager who deal in securities, real estate, and direct financing. They are currently looking for a Relationship Manager to join the team in Luxembourg. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, supporting sales staff, maintaining prospects, and responding to client requests. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth and success of our firm.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing client relationships within the asset management industry.
  • Proven track record of supporting sales efforts and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Knowledge of Luxembourg regulatory requirements and industry best practices preferred.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA) are desirable but not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Support the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Manage client communications, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing updates on products and services.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance, discuss investment strategies, and address any concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including portfolio managers and compliance officers, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes that may impact clients or the firm.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders as needed.
