Client Relationship Officer

YOUR MISSION

As a Client Recruitment Officer, you will play a crucial role in attracting and enrolling qualified students to Schiller International University. You will be responsible for implementing effective recruitment and sales strategies to meet enrolment targets. This role requires a combination of interpersonal skills, marketing acumen, and a thorough understanding of the university’s products, academic programs, sales tactics as well as admission requirements.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Communications, Education, Business Administration)
• 3 years proven sales experience and demonstrated track record of successful sales performance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of higher education policies, admission processes, and academic programs.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Experience in recruitment, admissions, or a related field is an asset.
• Experience in Salesforce and CRM tools
• Either native English speaker or proficiency level of English competency.
• Local language: German
