How you’ll make an impact:
In this role, you will use your passion for building relationships and delivering solutions to support the Client Relations team in delivering the best possible service to our clients.
You will anticipate clients’ needs and provide appropriate financial solutions to give our clients every chance of success.
What you’ll do:
- Provide exceptional client service to clients and other stakeholders through speedy and professional responses to queries in email and over the phone
- Conduct accurate verification calls to perform due diligence on client’s debtor accounts to support our lending
- Monitor risk by detecting and rectifying potential client breaches of policy
- Be a part of the lending process and carry out risk assessments
- Assist the Client Relations team with monthly portfolio reviews
- Support the credit review process
What you’ll bring with you:

- Previous experience in banking & finance preferred
