Location: Home-based (Northern Ireland region), UK
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus commission and Vodafone benefits

Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri

WHO YOU ARE

  • A desired understanding of Vodafone portfolio: Mobile and fixed voice, data, Unified Communications, Cloud & Hosting, TWM and M2M
  • Experience in the UK health sector, preferably in a technology environment/B2B blue chip culture. A key requirement is to demonstrate ability to deviler results and sales productivity improvements
  • Proven record of developing and driving commercial and health-related, winning, sales strategies and adapting to macro/micro economic conditions achieving significant business growth
  • Experience in securing National contracts in Health

Responsibilities:

Healthcare systems across the UK are under pressure from ageing populations and scarce resources, and digitalisation presents an opportunity for structural change. Spurred on by the Covid pandemic, national governments and the EU are planning to spend tens of billions of euros on digital health initiatives in the next five years. This presents Vodafone Business with the opportunity to generate substantial incremental revenue growth and contribute to Vodafone’s Digital Society ambitions by improving citizen’s access to, and outcomes from, healthcare.
Vodafone in Health has been created as a unique sector vertical, across the public and private healthcare sectors, recognising the potential to accelerate Vodafone’s propositions into health. Building on Vodafone’s leading portfolio of connectivity services with our growing eco-system of clinical solution partners.
In Northern Ireland Health and Social care provision of services are combined under what is known as Health and Social Care (HSC). In terms of providing services, the Department of Health discharges this duty to the Public Health Agency and a number of other Health and Social Care (HSC) bodies including five trusts. Each has a specific functions on its behalf.
The purpose of the role is to develop and grow the nationally assigned base of contracts within Northern Ireland, plus a mix of national, private and charity organisations. An exciting opportunity with some high potential accounts to deliver and exceed annual sales targets, through the development and implementation of account strategies to drive upsell and cross sell the Vodafone portfolio.
